If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept any unused items for exchange or return. Due to safety concerns, chemicals are non-refundable.

We ship most of our Web Orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Schedule

NAMCO currently ships web site orders via UPS Ground to 48 U.S. States. (see UPS chart below) Orders are shipped from our Manchester, CT warehouse.

To reduce backorders, our Web Site only features items that are in stock and ready to ship the same day.
If we do accidentially oversell an item, we will quickly contact one of our 43 Stores to satisfy your order.
Orders are picked, packed and shipped Monday-Friday by 2pm. [Special Order Sauna units take 2-4 weeks].

Shipping Rates

We provide the UPS shipping rate calculator with UPS published rates in our shopping cart.

We review each web site order for possible shipment savings. If the UPS rates, weight or package dimensions are too large, NAMCO may elect to deliver your item using our own trucks or another carrier instead of shipping via UPS.
